Our Consulting Partner, Ashankan Malla moderated a Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurs Forum (CNIYEF) Learning Session on Consumer Disputes in Nepal. The panel consisted of Hon’ble Judge Shri. Ram Prasad Sharma, Kathmandu District Court; Hon’ble Director General Shri. Rajan Poudel, Department of Commerce, Supplies, and Consumer Welfare, Government of Nepal; Shri. Sushant Ghimire, Deputy MD, Hilife Agro and Food Industries Ltd. The session was aimed at knowledge building of the private sector as to their rights, duties and the redressal mechanisms in terms of the Consumer Law of Nepal.
