Our Consulting Partner, Mr. Kiran Paudel, moderated a panel discussion about the impact of the new ordinance (now passed by the Parliament) amending the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1999). The discussion was organized by the Dispute Resolution Center, a leading institutional arbitration center seated in Nepal. The panel consisted of Hon’ble Justice Anil Kumar Sinha, Former Supreme Court Justice; Sr. Adv. Satish Krishna Kharel; Sr. Adv. Megha Raj Pokharel; and Sr. Adv. Sharad Prasad Koirala.
